Why can't I book over the phone?

We're a small shop, and we haven't hired a receptionist yet. By booking online, you help us do our best work when we service customer vehicles. Thank you for your understanding!

Why do I need to provide my VIN?

Your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) or chassis code is your vehicle's unique ID. It lets us find the exact make, model, and trim level of your vehicle, so we can precisely match your vehicle to replacement parts and service manuals.

Where can I find my VIN?

For JDM vehicles, your VIN or chassis code can be found in the following places:

  • In the driver's side door jamb, on a metal placard
  • Under your hood, usually near the windshield
  • On your import paperwork (usually listed as 'CHASSIS CODE').

Your VIN will have a format like S201P-12345678
